JL Rose are specialists in paving, outdoor tiling and general landscaping, established in 1988. Experience in and around Auckland. They are based in St Heliers.

With a strong focus on domestic work, John Rose and his staff pride themselves on attention to detail and delivering a service that's second-to-none. Unlike many contractors, once they are on site they remain there from start to finish. So jobs are done without major downtime and with the bonus of you knowing you've got a friendly face to bounce ideas around with. John appreciates that it's very natural for clients to change plans as projects progress.

That's also why JL Rose only provides estimates for their work not quotes. Their aim is to deliver what you desire - and estimates allow the scope to make variations along the way. Sometimes, especially when clients want projects expanded as they see their property coming to life, that'll mean more work. But jobs are occasionally simpler than assumed and they like to pass those savings back to you too.

With John having subcontracted to a market-leading construction company - where he worked on the likes of the Aotea Centre, the Viaduct Basin, the Botany Town Centre and Britomart he gained invaluable knowledge in all aspects of outdoor tiling, paving and landscaping. The contacts John gained in his private work since, have been invaluable also.

John can now offer a complete package to clients with one call seeing him, in addition to the wide range of skills he and his team have, being able to arrange specialists like plasterers, plumbers, block layers and electricians - that he knows share his high standards.
